WorkGroups are 4 to 6 week long discussion groups designed to build community and increase individual and collective capacity to manage symptoms and concerns. They are often affinity groups around specific diagnoses, or identities. Groups take week 5 or week 7 off and reconvene for the next session.

The topics vary, but the discussion and learning are always gripping. These are short courses (usually 1-3 meetings) on topics of the day. Most classes are offered virtually. Some may meet in person if weather permits.
